PNI AFRICA YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME (PAYEP)
Transforming Youth. Building Character. Creating Opportunities.
Now in Mombasa | Launching in Nairobi and Nyahururu — November 2026
EMPOWERING THE NEXT GENERATION
Africa’s greatest resource is its young generation. Yet many talented, educated and ambitious young people continue to face unemployment, limited opportunities, inadequate practical skills and uncertainty about their future.
Pastors Network International (PNI Africa) believes that every young person carries God-given potential which, when properly nurtured and equipped, can become a powerful force for personal transformation, economic independence and community development.
It is upon this conviction that PNI Africa established the Youth Empowerment Programme (PAYEP) — a one-year, practical, faith-based training initiative designed to bridge the gap between formal education, character development, employability and sustainable livelihoods.
PAYEP combines biblical discipleship, leadership formation, entrepreneurship, life skills and rescue and disaster management training, preparing young adults for responsible living, meaningful employment, entrepreneurship and community service.
The programme is delivered in partnership with local professional trainers and Chazak Rescue International, whose experienced trainers facilitate the rescue and disaster management component.
