About Us
Strengthening Pastors. Connecting Leaders. Advancing Kingdom Transformation.
Pastors Network International (PNI) is a global Christian leadership movement dedicated to uplifting, equipping, and connecting Pastors and frontline church leaders for impactful and sustainable Kingdom ministry.
Founded in June 2019 in Mombasa, Kenya, by Bishop George & Monica Mulinge, PNI emerged from a profound burden to address the spiritual, emotional, and leadership needs of Pastors—one of the most underserved and often overlooked groups in the Body of Christ.
What began as a small gathering of 200 pastors has grown into a dynamic and diverse global fellowship of 3,000+ Pastors and ministry leaders across 20 nations. Today, PNI functions as a spiritual refuge, a pastoral care community, and a leadership development platform committed to strengthening those who shepherd God’s people.
Our mandate is to ensure that every Pastor we touch is supported, encouraged, inspired, and empowered to walk faithfully and fruitfully in their God-assigned calling.
OUR VISION
To faithfully seize every opportunity to advance Christ’s vision by reaching and equipping pastoral leaders worldwide, calling them to steward well the ministry entrusted to them by the Lord, knowing they will give an account before Him.
Our MISSION
PNI’ s PURPOSE
PNI exists to provide a safe, secure, and Christ-centered environment where pastors and frontline church leaders can connect for encouragement, empowerment, and inspiration – strengthening their calling in Christ and preparing them faithfully in view of His second appearing and coming Kingdom.
